REDEV has more than 25 years experience in real estate development and since 1981 has built and redeveloped real estate involving more than 11,000 units and commercial complexes across Canada. Our diligent and disciplined approach has proven successful in REIG (Real Estate Income and Gain), by acquiring well-located properties in growing markets. REDEV outlays its own capital first, and then invites partners.
